Fayette County Public Defender
The Fayette County Public Defender's Office provides legal defense in criminal cases and juvenile cases to indigent persons on appointment by the Fayette County Circuit Court.
Office Hours
Office hours are by appointment.
Criminal court is held Monday through Friday. Juvenile court is held on Thursday mornings. It is not generally feasible to discuss cases either directly before, or after, court due to the sheer number of cases this office handles.
